Should the photo, date of birth and marital status stay in the CV?
That depends on the destination country: in many Anglo-Saxon markets a photo, date of birth and marital status are unusual or, for anti-discrimination reasons, unwelcome, whereas in the German-speaking world they are common. We point out the convention to you; whether you omit details is your decision.
Do you translate qualification and job titles sensibly?
Yes — academic degrees and job titles we render so that they are understandable in the destination country, and we render the qualification obtained faithfully to the original instead of equating it with a non-congruent title.
